OHHHH YEAHHH Just Won a Charge Back

I ask for an authorization email from their paypal email address to prevent unauthorized chargebacks. But yours is a good idea as well. I will add that if I get buyers that are going to buy a lot.

 

Paypal balance could easily be edited using inspect element bro, very flawed method :/

Honestly, I think you're lucky. He only lost because he processed multiple high value chargebacks, if that's what they even were. I think they were more than likely disputes, not chargebacks. The reason being is if he marked it as fraud, you lose no matter what. Even if he claimed it was never delivered, if he is even a remotely valued customer at his bank they will take his side on digital goods every single time. Count your blessings and avoid paypal at all costs. Digital currency is the only safe option.

 

I've never lost a charge back for not giving the currency, if you're not stupid it's easy.

Make sure you have proof of them confirming you've delivered all the goods, take a video.

That's 100% proof that you delivered it to him.

 

Except when they're disputing via credit card company, not PayPal, then you're fucked.

 

Why would this be an issue? It may take longer, but it's not like the credit card company is just going to ignore that, otherwise everyone would just do that.

 

credit card companies are insured, therefore if someone says "i didn't get it" or "i don't recognize that charge" paypal will bill you for it.

As paypal isn't FDIC insured you're done for.
