probably paypal recalled all his money because they didnt expect him to pay it back himself, he told me he used a false address.
and of course. paypal is not going to pay it, we pay it all for paypal.

If you look at it again, he did this:

Giveaways with fake paypal money.
Spammed lots of threads.
Overbidded to get items because he knew he was going to get banned eventually.

Why is he working so hard to pay people back? Because he made a mistake and didn't realise the damage his PayPal could do. He was unaware of these potential issues.
