Reported Post by I_DONT_BOT

I_DONT_BOT has reported a post.

Reason:

There was a thread for 2011, x339 made the 2012 one, but nobody's made one for 2013 so I went ahead and made it. Awaiting approval in the Com General section *cough dave cough* so yeah, once it's approved this can be locked, I've altered the structure slightly so there is a link to the banned users profile also.
