If a user has been banned, they go on the list. If they are unbanned, then it's turned green.

 

yes but im focussing on the 'perm' part, if there permed why should they be unbanned lol?

 

That is why the pardon system is in place - for users who feel their ban was not warranted, they can appeal the removal of the ban. As you can see from the list only 6 out of 28 have been unbanned, so it doesn't happen often.

 

you should consider removing people who have been unbanned from the list it could be damaging to some people's reputation to have their name on this thread, unless you link their ban/ unban reason. Considering most of those users scammed before being banned it would be damaging for people such as kevin be on there being assumed to have scammed but really didn't.

 

I'm sure the members themselves can request it if they want.

 

Would it not be better if they wanted their own name on there they could request it? Unless they are notified when they are on the list because I'm pretty sure some of those and the ones on the past thread don't even know their name is on it. Also this way they could actually explain their unban reason to be put on as well.

 

I didn't scam, but tbh I think I belong on the list, as we were banned, so members have a right to know that we were, and possibly a reason as well.
