Are avalanche in it?

Yeah the Avalanche are a stacked team this year. They won their division with a whopping 112 pts. They're playing the Minnesota Wild in the first round. They had a great comeback last night down 4-2 to win 5-4. They're up 1-0 and play again tomorrow.

Updated first post with matchups.

Games today:

Game 2 of St Louis-Chicago, Pitt-CBJ, and Min-Col

I wouldn't be surprised if St Louis took it this year, but I'm hoping for the Sharks or Canadians.

I don't think either have the team to win this year though.

St Louis scored with 6 seconds left to force OT and won in OT. UNBELIEVABLE!

Tough loss tonight in OT. Fleury was actually pretty strong.

For the Avs fans, they won again.

Flyers 4 Rangers 2
Bruins 4 Red Wings 1
Montreal 3 TB 2

going on now: SJ-LA - 1-0 LA in 1st

It isn't the entire penguins roster you have to worry about melting down, it's the man in the cage...........

Fleury is definitely above average among the goalies in the playoffs this year even though most of the teams are carrying pretty good goalies with the exception of a few.

I used to be a big Columbus Blue Jackets fan but then I kind of dropped off of the NHL map.

Now would be a good time to get back into being a fan of them, they're the best they've ever been in franchise history. First playoff win in franchise history the other day.

In other news --- Sharks win 7-2 to finish the games today. They lead 2-0 over Kings.

[Loyal 2 da game]

cmon avs, anaheim, columbus and st louis

especially avs

u go patty wawww

Avs and Bluejackets ftw!

I'm cheering for St Louis and Montreal at the moment. I'd prefer LA over Anaheim but Quick can't do it by himself their defence can't be entirely useless.

I would like to see a New York- St Louis final myself.

Blackhawks, Penguins, Stars, Wild all came up huge tonight.
