I sure hope you haven't given up - I do check in daily...

How are you feeling? Feeling more "in-shape"?

I haven't, I have been to the gym and swimming every other day (when not in gym, im swimming and vice versa.) I definately feel as though my stamina has improved as I can swim more lengths of the swimming pool without breathe-loss.
As for feeling more in-shape my biceps and triceps are certainly coming on and also I have lost 6 lbs, it doesn't seem much over two weeks but its a steady weight loss and im feeling and eating healthier.

You can do it bro I started dieting and working out not long ago after I had a sort of near death experience that made me want to change my lifestyle and eating habits. Once you get used to working out it will become easier and easier and eventually if you miss a day you will miss it. try to eat fruit when you have a craving for something sweet and eat lots of whole grains and vegetables. Eventually your taste buds will change from enjoying highly processed unhealthy foods to liking good stuff. it just takes time and dedication but I can tell you from personal experience it is %100 worth it

Edit: And dude 6 pounds in 2 weeks is incredible results most people only get 1-2p per week keep it up

Good luck on this one, you should try do daily logs with an updated weight every week or so/new picture so you can see yourself change from when you started.
