So, I've decided to take a liberty of posting every day on IG of me cutting. I know its dumb to cut in Winter time but I'm going to Thailand for 3 weeks and will get shredded for that. I decided to bulk starting of August and I put on basically 25 lbs in 3 months. (Crazy lol) Ate everything I saw. Now I will post everyday. If you have any questions please let me know! For everyone wondering I've been working out for like 3 years. This was my first bulk and I hate being bulky so im never bulking again lol. (well not to this extent) I will be incorporating Intermediate fasting as I've done in the past. Starting BW: 185.8 (10/30/2018) Lowest Weigh in BW: 168.0 (01/10/2019) Current BW: 173.8 (2/15/2019) I've rebounded a bit from vacation and coming back. I will shred down to 160 ~ 165 Lbs. STATS: AGE: 24 Height: 5'8 Diet plan: I'm doing Intermediate fasting. I eat from the windows of 1-8. I am also tracking calories and I try not eating over 2k calories while drink shakes to hit 170g of protein. Workout: Push pull legs, x2. I work out 6 days a week LISS 4x a week for only 200 calories. (12 incline treadmill, 3.5 speed) ABS every other day.
