felt like shit today. down with a cold, sneezed about 500 times, thought screw it i'll still go and lift. Had an epic back and chest workout hitting nice new numbers on my lifts

That's awesome man! I'm also trying to get stronger and more slim but it's really hard. I'll probably upload something similiar like this someday!
