    Motivation to Exercise?
    What more motivation do you need besides the fact that you'll get in shape/toned/healthier etc..? You just have to man up and stick with it. I was the same way until a few months ago, now I go to the gym 3-4 times a week and have noticed great improvements. Once you start seeing the physical change that should give you enough motivation to keep going.

    Height is 5'5"
    Weight is 125 lbs.
    I don;t know how to calc body fat %, but I guess I can do BMI. Its 20.8

    Thanks I do slow up and down. May consider supplements.

    Yes, but I heard that it takes a month to get results, I don't have any motivation at start-1 month..
