But to the OP, your parents are making a good choice. Many people are moving down here because of the weather and the beaches, plus the air is some of the cleanest because there aren't any factories producing smoke. If you like big cities then Jacksonville, Tampa, or Orlando (I wouldn't go to Miami, crime rates are super high and it's very dirty from what I've heard). But some of the really nice places are north of Miami, like Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton.

 

I've looked into Orlando.
Jacksonville seems to have an extremely high population (highest in Florida?).
But all in all, I'll look more into them places. (Thanks )
I and my parents, pretty much excluded Miami straight away.

(Gran Canaria got lots of beaches, that's for sure. But I've told my parents like a million times I hate this shit island, and that I want to move off it. My parents don't seem to want to move back to Norway, but hey, I'm up for anywhere new! )

My parents completely said no to New York, when I first mention a place around there.
I'm probably the one that's the most excited about this, but I've heard my parents mention like going there quite a lot of times, and actually doing it would be nice. (It seems to be more and more likely, to go to America that is, not New York)

 

Florida fucking sucks. Why the hell you would move away from an island like that confuses me. I'm pretty sure not every single woman that lives there is easy. But anyway don't move anywhere on the east coast that is a bad spot for hurricanes.

Move to Arizona. Scottsdale is pretty expensive, but it's more spread out than most cities. There are no earthquakes, tornadoes, or hurricanes. About the worst that can happen is a dust storm.

 

Gran Canaria, isn't as great as it sounds, I wonder what you've heard about it. I can say Gran Canaria would of been a nice vacation spot, other than that, nothing interesting about it really. It's tiny as hell, you can drive around the island in 6hours.

come to california, you might save money on clothes because all you really need is 2-4 sweatshirts a year. also, it you can find a middle class house and it's not expensive as you think

 

Hmm, well, that's like 1 of the 2 places we were talking about in the beginning ( Florida and California), but in the end they seem to think Florida was the best choice (don't know why).

I would say New England. Great schools and whatnot. Not as expensive as Florida and you get seasons. Very great place

 

Maryland, mild winters (lowest ive seen is around 10 degrees) hot summers (get up to about 102) and awesome people, also washington d.c lies inside of part of maryland. its great. love it

I live in florida the beaches are nice.hot girls.houses are affordable a++! nice people down here plus a good school system. come down here i'll think you like it. if you want to live next to the rich people live in south beach nice condos by the beach and alot of shops!

Move to Colorado, its a nice place, alot of things todo, and alot of places to get a job. Just a suggestion
