    Being a moderator on this forum is NOT good for your mental health my friend. It is honestly the last thing you need, trust me. Being on staff is more stressful than you'd think. If you're getting this worked up over the process itself imagine the stress of getting shit on as an actual member of staff, which pretty much all of them do at one point or another.

    You need thick skin for such a position. I'm not trying to be an asshole, more like I know where you're coming from and having been there I'm not really sure you'd enjoy it as much as you think. It certainly is not worth getting worked up over a denied application.

    I second this. Obviously I don't talk from experience on Sythe, but I've held a similar position elsewhere for a long time now and it definitely takes a lot to push through it and you also need to know when to take some time out. If you're in a rough spot emotionally or physically, the added stress is something you really don't need.
