Made a Fake facebook. Got caught.

THIS ISN'T FUCKING CYBER BULLYING. He made a FB and cussed a girl out.. He didn't threaten her and tell her things that would make someone suicidal.

No. He doesn't have a case of cyber bullying, because what he did wasn't nearly big enough to cause harm to someone.. The bitch overreacted, and that's that. Nothing is going to happen to him..

I didn't twist anything, the comments before me made it seem like she was a bitch.

If someone is weird and you make a facebook to make fun of them, they probably dont have the highest self-esteem. Anything people say wrongfully about you without reason hurts people. You may not realize it, but it does.

 

Here's a few facts of LIFE. If you are told anything that conflicts with this I suggest you say this: "How can you expect me to tell you the truth when you are blatantly lying to me?"

Unless you have knowingly slandered the girl, in example, if you said "NAME HERE is a Muslim and has vowed her sinister intentions to blow up the school" then you can not get in LEGAL trouble. The worst that can happen is a warning or some shit. If your school tries to suspend you for creating a fake page on Facebook OUTSIDE OF SCHOOL and simply making jokes once more OUTSIDE OF SCHOOL then it is an out of school issue. You need to voice this. They will naturally retort with some bullshit like "It may cause problems or instigate conversations and or arguments IN SCHOOL"... and you can retort just as easily by saying that person(s) in groups such as Scientology are not prosecuted nor punished due to the fact that they voiced an opinion which may be interpreted as a joke, reality or pure falsism by deviant parties.

After that I would just advise leaving it alone. Don't admit to it, especially not at school. When I was in high school we had a freshman get in trouble for making a youtube about another freshman, so I'm guessing something could happen to you there.

True , I was assuming the ISPs weren't going to be contacted. Just facebook/cops. But you are right scratch my earlier comment.

 

Presumably the police wouldn't really become involved at all unless to issue a verbal warning to scare the kid so no warrants would be issued, which makes us both right. :noworry:

Cyber bullying isn't funny, it doesn't make you cool, and you're not impressing anyone by doing it. You're making yourself look like a total dick, and getting into legal trouble in the process.

 

This is why you never try to do anything stupid... like making fake facebook accounts just for the sake of it... try something else? Picking a girl up at a bar or something will be more productive...

It's morally wrong to take the piss out of another person simply because you deem them to be 'weird', especially if hundreds of different people can see you doing it, like they can on Facebook. How do you think she feels? You should delete the account, go and apologise to her and fucking keep your head down and hope that nothing happens to you as a result of what you've done.

The cops aren't going to go call up the facebook people and trace ip's and shit just because some little girls got their feelings hurt. They have real shit to deal with like pedo's and murderers such as myself.

Your an idiot, this is cyber bullying. He made a facebook using a girls picture (what I deduced from "I made a fake facebook of a weird girl") and harassed her over the internet.
