    Operation Facebook?

Anybody heard about Operation Facebook that will supposedly happen on November 5th of this year?

I saw a video about it on Facebook so I searched it on YouTube to know if it was something real and I found quite a number of results.

Anybody of you believe in this?
Like believe that Facebook may be selling our information to private parties and that it might get destroyed in November?

It's a small part of Anon that's doing it, with all the hackings that have been happening I think something might happen that day.

I agree with them, Facebook has some odd privacy settings.

Here's goes another Illuminati shit happening...I somewhat believe them.

However, the "everything you do on Facebook stays on Facebook" is true same with everything you do on the internet or computer stays the there.

I support them, BTW. Hopefully they fuck the government up the ass to show them what's up.

This isn't going to happen. Not all of anonymous supports it. Even if they managed to take down Facebook, everyone would just migrate to another social network, maybe google+.

It's not a ''hack'' it's a DDOS, not sure if this will go through since I'm sure FB has very good security.

I also read about this a few days and was thinking of posting it.

There's not question that they're using our personal information for their benefit, but then again, you shouldn't provide information to a website that you wouldn't feel comfortable with them holding.

Also, as much as I doubt anon will actually do it; it would be pretty nice to see them tear facebook down.

    google+ ftw

They aren't going to destroy Facebook, that's for sure. Like already said, it'll probably just be another DDoS attack by a bunch of morons using the LOIC. Facebook is definitely in the top 10 for more secure, stable websites on the net, with probably huge server farms somewhere in 3rd world countries or something. If they even manage to take it down for more than a day I'll be surprised.

If they actually manage to destroy it, shit I'd be speachless.

    Operation Facebook?

I'd be okay with Facebook taking a hit, mainly because I disagree with their selling information to advertising groups, but its our fault to agreeing to their terms. I doubt anything substantial will happen, but Anon is pretty decent in the hacking/DDOS department.

TAKING DOWN A WEBSITE IS NOT HACKING

I'm really fed up because everyone is using "hacking" when they don't know what it means.

    DDoS attacking is NOT HACKING.

I would like to see Facebook being attacked.
