Made a Fake facebook. Got caught.

So i made a fake facebook of this weird girl. shes not mental or anything shes normal but just weird. i cussed this other girl out thats weird too. now they found out its me but no hard evidence. will i get in trouble. also it was like me and 3-4 friends and she thinks im 1 and 2 other people. what will happen?

I don't understand... is the school investigating or something? You could potentially get in trouble for doing something like that as it is considered 'cyber bullying'. Some more info would be helpful.

 

i think she called the cops and shes giving them a statement about us.

 

They can always track from where you messaged her from like your IP and there is a possible case of you getting in trouble for: Cyber Bullying and Harassment.

 

Get a lawyer

 

Delete the facebook, apologize, never do it again and think before you act.

 

I'm pretty sure if the girl has a good lawyer, you can be charged with impersonation or whatever that shit is called.

 

Delete the page and anything else you may have posted about this girl. Then I would try to apologize or mediate the situation before the police get involved. It may not seem very serious to you, but this would be considered an incident of cyer-bullying which is taken VERY seriously nowadays. You can actually be charged and punished fairly severely for bullying people online.

Making a fake facebook page to make fun of somebody is a little harsh and over the top anyways. Why would you even want to do something like that to somebody?

 

Threaten the police with your fake facebook profile. They will back off.

 

Try and settle it with her before the cops become involved so she'll call them off.

Don't try and call her bluff or do anything stupid.

 

Firstly, if you used grammar similar to your initial post, the only problem you have to worry about is the Spellcheck Police coming round and kicking your fucking head in.

Secondly, how old are you? This could make a huge difference when appealing/getting in trouble.

 

Just delete the facebook and say sorry. It's not really a big deal.

It depends, that could count as cyber bullying. But only if the girl decides to take it further. Either way, delete the account and apologize.

Yeah, you can get jail time for this, many stories on the news about this kind of stuff

 

i was able to get the account back cause it was hacked and i delted it and delted the email
