To use PayPal you must:
- Have 100 posts;
- Be a member for more than 15 days; and
- Be an existing donor.

These guidelines are TEMPORARY and are only for this early testing stage. In the future we expect to open PP donations for everyone.

It needs more rules to be honest (like post count and/or join date), because now FireZ will be spammed with $5 requests. I'm not really willing to donate 135M at $0.37/M anymore when I can just donate 13M, get the $5 rank, and then donate the rest via Paypal.

Just my two cents.

As already stated by Matthew, this system will be gradually expanded so other people who currently are not eligible to donate via PayPal can hopefully do so in the near-future.

Join date doesn't really show how trusted you are though?
A 2005 could always still scam, but yes I agree there should be a little more rules.

A 2005 member has already successfully scammed me in the past. :\

Shouldn't gold donations be based on current market price? Because you are going to be paying 6 -7 USD for a 5 USD donation. Just doesn't make sense.

You haven't donated before.

13M will do it, then you can donate more via PP

Awesome, I'd hate to see Sythe go down, but with the donations you'll probably be getting, the only way it's shut down if is Jagex does something, which I highly doubt, due to this forum being up since like early 2005, or late 04.
