Finn is one of the most active admins on this forum, and like some people above said, he does above and beyond the expectations he has as an administrator. Jealousy is a strong feeling, and I bet this is exactly what caused you to make this thread.

If Finn didn't pull his weight, he wouldn't be an administrator.

• Resolving staff disputes
• Usergroup administration
• Permission amendments
• Forum organization
• General banning
• Forumbanning
• Writing/amending/updating the staff code
• Writing/amending/updating the rules and seeking amendments from everyone else
• Writing/amending/updating the Official Middleman application
• Encouraging all staff to vote in polls
• Establishing polls
• Identifying those deserving of a promotion
• Counting and posting Moderator logs every month for the staff
• Identifying and removing corrupt members, middlemen and staff
• Name changes
• General site maintenance
• Collaborating with the other Administrators on initiatives, mainly with Matthew
• Resolving internal and external disputes
• Assessing Middlemen applications
• Underpinning the User Education section and and assessing proposed changes

I was a Moderator for a year, and then became an Administrator and have remained in this position for a year and a few months. I haven't even been on Sythe.org for four years, so this claim is patently ridiculous.



This is clearly subjective, but I do more for this site than most, and that is pretty much non-controversial.
