I was a Moderator for a year, and then became an Administrator and have remained in this position for a year and a few months. I haven't even been on Sythe.org for four years, so this claim is patently ridiculous.

This is clearly subjective, but I do more for this site than most, and that is pretty much non-controversial.

Ass kissing? Oh surely not, my good man. I give credit where credit is due. I've guessed a bit of what Finn does behind the scenes, but the number of things on his list up there greatly outnumbers the number of things I thought he did.

Finn does a shit load that most people do not notice so stop complaining about him.

 

I think finn is the most active and helpful admin, I'm not really sure what this person is talking about, he has an obvious grudge on him and most of his points are subjective opinions without evidence, since if he had evidence for the majority of the claims, It wouldn't back up his arguments at all.

I doubt the creator of this thread knows much about anything. Finn is like the principal of Sythe; it might seem like all he does is sit in his office, but without him Sythe wouldn't be able to run.

 

Finn Is Special, Finn contributes so much to this site, Finn deserves a break..

I noticed him doing a lot in the UE Section when I was a UE. He basically made the section a lot more active and is kind of like a HUE.

I have also noticed a good bit about the other things he stated...that one thing just kind of stuck out at me.

I think Finn and Skele_Master are the two most active Staff Members on the website. Well, Pen does do a lot too, so I would have to give him credit where it is deserved.

Ryan does all kinds of shit too. Yeah. You heard me. Now leave the Staff alone damn it.

Yeah even though I haven't posted much I've followed a lot on this site, including Finn, for 3 years and I can tell he does a lot of the work here.
As an administrator of my own site, I can definitely vouch that all the things he posted above are true and I'm sure he's in the ACP daily making this site run more smoothly.

I'm pretty sure undeleting it was the right move as if he kept it deleted it would make it look like he was covering something up but now he is only receiving compliments from 'high-ranking' site members.

I'm not gonna lie, I used to think Finn was the worst Admin and didn't deserve the position...

...but then I met him on Tinychat and realized how much work he really does. People would join Tinychat just to ask him to do this for them regarding Sythe.

He has almost no down-time when he's on the computer. He also has a funny side, and I find him humorous. I'm not an ass kisser, I've just got to known him a bit more than an average user.

 

I speak from personal experience when I say that Finn does an awful lot for the site. He has personally helped me on multiple occasions with complex issues that he didnt need to. Additionally, I have seen him deal with a ton of other similiar issues. For those of you who say he does nothing, you are either truly ignorant, or you have a skewed opinion of him. Get to know him, you will find him to be a likeable, hardworking fellow.

 

When I was moderator for those 3 days, Finn had so many goddamned mod logs. He has the most among admins and he's doing an exceptional job as his position. I speak to him on a daily basis and if you get to know him, you will realize just how much he does for this site. And on top of that, he's a chill dude.

So the whole "asskissing" thing doesn't pertain to me because, obviously, I can't get mod again. Somethings just need to be said when others aren't sure about what the staff does and doesn't do.

 

Confirming that Finn is the principal and we are all little children.

Seriously, all the admins on Sythe do a hell of a lot of work - otherwise they wouldn't still be admins.
