Well I hope you get the treatment you deserve. You paid top price and got a shitty outcome from a well reputable member and a mod. Once again I'm trying not to get involved too much but it looks as if you were "lured" into buying from Kin. When you asked moonglare to buy a GFX he shouldn't of put his friend "morals/trust" into action because its a business.

Off topic - Lvl 75 Def made me that sig for free and hes sick at graphics, and has low prices and he makes sure you're ALWAYS satisfied with the outcome.

The avatar took me 5 minutes, the poker table took many revisions hence why that took me the longest.

He wanted a signature, thread layout, avatar and a poker table, which had taken me roughly 3.5hours, which I counted as 4.

 

I'm sure u said u would increase the activity on gfx section by doing different events to bring more attention to it. That's something Kina also failed to do, usually gfx mods just use their rank to promote their business, which is why I don't think there should be any, unless they actually do stuff around the gfx section.

 

You have to admit this isn't up to par with your advertised work...

Also are you going to address the people on your thread? A lot of people seem to be complaining about your slow response times/work completion etc.

 

This has nothing to do with the thread discussion at hand but on topic. Kin that is still a fairly high price man and the quality of the work was total shits. How do you explain High Price=Shit Work when it should be High Price=Quality Work. If I was paying over $100 for something it better take well over 4 hours just my opinion. I find it really fucked up that you are defending yourself on the quality of this job don' get greedy my friend that's the fastest way to lose your business. Every job you do should have some kind of quality and passion yet you show none.

 

I have posted that my time on forums is over, I have started freelancing and am receiving way too much work to do smaller orders on forums. (The reason why my thread is not closed is because I could potentially get back to forums when I'm not as busy as I currently am)

This is another reason why I changed from fixed/variable prices to an hourly rate.

Also: This user wanted to have specific stuff.
He requested me to have it with a border, with the avatar spots in the same spot, logo in the middle etc etc. This all however happened within a Skype call so I cannot prove that he had requested this.

You declined the job offer which you have the right to do but the things you said afterward made it seem like you were pushing him off to Kin which then made it like you two were plotting together to get Kin business its just what it seems like that does not mean that's what it is.

I'm still puzzled how you took 5 minutes to resize an image? Please, explain this so you don't look you're just trying to make up excuses. Did you just open image resize and stare at it for 4.5 minutes? I mean you knew what dimensions to use and if you have constrain proportions checked it basically does the work for you. How did this take you 5 minutes?! Also why is this worth 30 dollars?!!!

 

You referred him to Kina, saying he can be trusted with over 100 dollars and he would give quality work while he did a shit job. Next time, just don't refer people to others. I know you didn't do this intentionally, just use this as a future reference.
