Also a 100 euros for graphics work? What the hell is that all about? Also don't say it's because it's for high quality work because obviously this time it wasn't. Like I said I'm a beginner and I could have done this, wouldn't of charged someone a 100 dollars LOL!!! like... wtf?

 

Honestly, this should be under the RaSC section. I'm not saying Kin did scam; as this is for higher authority to decide. A poll driven thread in the support section is not going to get you anywhere, this is best kept personal between yourself and Kin and then, if you can't come to a reasonable and mutual agreement, head towards the RaSC section to allow for higher authority to better determine the outcome.

Only thing is Mc. Donalds would give you a refund why because they know they are only human and they mess up but im 100% positive that a refund would be given or some free coupons are something because they care about the sanctification of there customers. Just IMO

 

Holy shit, why do you over pay so fucking much for these GFX? I mean Kin is a talented guy but 100+ euros for a GFX seems alot.

Also that was a dick-move on both Moonglare and Kin's side for them to ignore your order, they both basically lured you into buying from Kin and manipulating you.

 

Okay, I don't know either party but what it looks like to me is that Kin charges (overcharges) hourly because that gives him an excuse for doing shit work (for example, what the op received). Sure, he's good at what he does, but only to the people he likes. Popular members also have a problem with being rude to new members but in actuality, they're customers as well and they should be treated (not trusted)the same as any other customer.

Kin is using his reputation as an excuse to be a dick. (see example A)Had the situation been reversed, people would have been all over the newcomer and calling him a scammer for doing a shit job.

Also he's using a commonly used (and working, for some strange reason) tactic to win the vote of the moderators by assuming they're on his side (which, honestly, they probably are biased) and "allowing" them to make a decision. He's hustling them, like a child calling his best friend to decide whether he or the neighbor kid can jump higher. He knows you'll assume he's the good guy. (See example B)

On the other hand, I feel like BigBoiwhatever wasn't as specific or decisive as he could have been. You're supposed to know what you want when you contact these people, kind of like a drive-thru at McDonalds. You don't discuss what you want with the employees, do you? Especially if they're charging you for the time they're serving you.

HOWEVER, you put the money up. You paid what he asked, and you deserve quality work just as much as any of his favorite or popular customers. What you received was garbage.

I would report this, try to get your money back, and go to someone else.

I can't get over the fact that he charged you $30+ just to shrink your signature and call it an avatar... Also you payed so much money for these GFX and the quality of the GFX you received are sub par for Kinaesthic. I do not think you have been treated fairly tbh.

 

Is ignoring customers on request even allowed? Thats suck a dick move I cant even explain it. Kin knew the profit potential you had, wanted to abuse it and told Moonglare to ignore your order so he can get the entire 100% profit. Also 25 euros for resizing a sig? What the fuck? Report this.

 

You my friend have no idea what you're talking about. Before you make a judgement make sure you are fully aware of what's happened.

I didn't completely ignore his order. Every time he got in contact with me I replied to him. All I said was that I just trust Kin a lot and he's notified me to stay away from you. ( This was before any reason for staying clear of him was given.)

This is where you don't even know what you're talking about. Every time he asked for graphics I specifically replied to him saying Sythe has many other great artists just buy from one of them. You can look at the proof where I even specifically mentioned Jiwi's name. I never said you must buy from Kinaesthic.

 

Yep that is pretty bad to be honest its fucked up man. Moonglare should not have let that happen friends with Kin or not.

 

I'm not judging anyone. But for someone to pay $135+ for graphics and get treated like shit is disrespectful. Also why charge 30$ for blatantly resizing a sig? That's just further proving he was trying to milk more money out of him.

 

It actually does say a lot about his judgment on taking upon this graphic request for that much $$$ he should have done way better.

 

He charges hourly so he can get away with it.

You shouldn't charge for something that is free, which in this case is the resizing. It shows direct intent of him trying to get as much money off him as possible. It's not my business anyways but I feel like this guy got manipulated big time. He should of got high-end support/service/gfx for 135$.

 

I went to Kinaesthetic because I wanted something of this quality:
It was my first time buying graphics, and I didn't get that quality.

 

30 dollars to shrink a sig into an avatar? Either Kina is really slow at re-sizing or his hour rates are rocket high!

 

Kin, knowing how much of a reputation you have, would you be happy to call the work you have done "up to scratch" and to your standards, and would you put something like that as an example on one of your GFX threads?
