He's really chill and good admin. I wish he'd join the fun of spam forum a little bit more

 

Helped me to start up my donation bonds; and has helped me with issues throughout.

He's around, just icons take longer as he has to adjust them etc. Everything else is getting approved as normal though.

 

Adjust them in what way lol?

 

Approved my UI very fast - one of the 'unseen' heroes of sythe in the back-rooms. Great work

 

Approved my last UI faster then what most people nag about keep up the good work!

They're probably neglecting it as all their time is being spent on the new chat and bitcoin wallet. So I guess there's a good reason.

 

I was having issues with my donator rank, where I would save the rank but it wouldn't actually save to my "Current Ranks" in the "Rank Management" section. The person that processed the donation, Violent, was very helpful and understanding of the issue. He helped me along the way and got Matthew's attention on the problem. Matthew manually inputted my rank shortly after and looked into what had happened. I would like to give a big thanks to both Matthew and Violent for helping me resolve the issue I was having. Keep up the good work!

I really wish there was a faster turnaround time on Custom Rank requests. I submitted my request on February 19th after donating $400 more to become a $700 donator, and I still haven't received any updates nor a rank change. Pretty annoying =/

I can't recall myself or anyone else ever succeeding with this.

 

Seems like this is still an issue. Dunworry has been waiting a couple weeks for his rank request.

Edit: Waiting on mine too, although its only been a few days. I understand these are just perks, but fast approval times for supporters is always good.

 

Lol how'd you get it done TTB? I want mine updated ?
