Jagex can't shut it down anyways...Sythe breaks no laws, and has no Sharez or watsoever. For the final time, cheating in games is not breaking RL laws, get it in your heads.

 

Jagex briefly shut down my site www.tainted-ones.com for having a black market about 6 months ago, I changed hosts.... It really sucked though, I only got a brief notice via E-mail (Which I unfortunately did not see until my hosting deleted my account).

Here is the E-mail I got, I was using Yahoo for hosting.

 

jagex cant do shit...put it like that. its against the TOS to use a proxy, and get in. either way, jagex loses...LOL they suck..

JaGex can't do anything. Sythe pays for this, they can't shut sythe.org down. HAven't they tried like 10 times already. It's going to e failure again.

Actually he can say whatever he wants on the forums, as long he abides the rules... No flaming, etc.

And all the users on this forum aren't entitled to any privelages or rights. If sythe feels someone shouldn't state their opinion, then they can't. There is no freedom of speech on someone elses site. Just had to get that through.

There can be contracts, but as long as they're in private. No one can keep out a company because of some silly disclaimer. And I never said anything about a torrent tracker. And I was talking about a site that hosted the files; sorry for not being specific.

The only people that have the right to create such disclaimers are people with the backing, people with the money, people with the copyright. And the only people that can make 'a document of law' are the government, because they are the law, and they control everything under it.

So while you're having fun being banned, learn your laws.

Yes, he does make fairly good comments. But I beleive that the statement about the 'Affiliated withJagex Ltd' moparisthebest.org does that also, so I think, why not do that too? Except do it so it's not every 2 seconds.
