Like before, my points have been given and no progress is being made on this matter. I'll wait for a rank to intervene.

 

@iStake54 you will need to provide the contract you both agreed to, if it contains personal information you are able to make it private by deleting the post

Along with proving wrong everything im being accused of.

At this point its so clear that you are biased and taking his side for some reason.
That could be because you are unrighteously mad at me just because I made sure I was safe before I gave you any info on this case in PMs and wanted to know my rights but you somehow took it as disrespect.
Or it could be another reason that is definitely not ok for a sythe staff as far as I know.

However Ill keep trying not to offend you eventhough you offend me with this DNT for no reason and its being taken unfair advantage of at this point as shown in screenshots like this

To me (because I know what my conversations with zach have been like) its clear that you are talking to him and helping him in PMs which as a sythe admin told me is not allowed.

Thats the only "game" he has left to play with me which is "trying to make me admit we do not have a contract / we need to remake our contract", so he can erase stuff from our contract that restrain him from tricking me and/or taking advantage of me basically and make it so he is right and can fuck me up, because he knows very well now that he is not right about anything he accused me of or any of his dishonest and sketchy actions and lies that he keeps commiting daily!

So at this point I have no choice but say it straight, I have been DNTed for no reason / for lack of understanding (i believe) on your part.
I have proved everything im accused of wrong and also proved that my DNT was a false decision
So Idk why 1. Im still DNT and 2. Why you are asking me to spend time looking for irrelevant stuff to what ive been accused of. If theres something specific (like the previous accusations) you want me to prove Id gladly do it but it seems like all the info thats needed is already there.

I want to remind you that Im not the asshole of the situation here in case that this is what you think and leads to your biased control of the situation. I ve been happily paying him for as long as he worked and was right by him. However he betrayed me in several ways and tried to scam me the code wishing that I would believe that I have no right to take what I paid for. Sadly for him im the worst person he could try this on. Sorry. You aint scamming my code neither preventing me from adding more games in it.
What he tried to do lately was making him pay him while he is working against me, taking down the bot for long periods and prevent me from being able to update the code with more games or updates that are needed for it to run... Since he will no longer work for me he said he isnt obligated to fix the bot when it goes offline or when theres a bug. Basically telling me I will have an offline bot from now on and thats what I paid for. No sir.
So as I said I paid thousands for his work, and now that he is done working for me I will move forward and OFC I wont stop using my code, I wont be prevented to add any updates on it when I need to and find the right person to, and I dont want to have to deal with him ever again.
Cheers. If theres anything left that im accused of please lmk or it would be kind and right to remove my DNT asap. Thank you for reading all my long texts. They have to be long, sorry. I really hope that none of the staff actually have anything against me (because you question me way too much when its clearly unecessary and you dont seem to question him) and this was just a misunderstanding. If it is then Its cool I understand how hard it could be to deal with so many reports.

 

A few things that were incorrect:

I have not even come close to receiving $1,000 USD so I'm not sure where "thousands" are coming from.

Like I said in the original post: Yes, you bought the code. But my code is copyrighted (as stated in the original post with a link to the definition if needed), meaning all you can really do with it is read it (You didn't buy rights to be able to edit the code so nobody else is allowed to see nor touch it).


And finally as you provided in this screenshot:



I specifically said "You can 'buy' it which entails not being allowed to re-sell it. And if [you] sell [the code] I have full right to take [the code] away. Or if you scam me obviously." Therefore, if this is deemed a scam, you are not able to continue to use the bot nor the code.

 

about the payment: maybe. I am not sure but either way doesnt change anythingwho said im selling it? lmao

about the code: its not your code its mine. I bought it and the only thing I cant do with it is sell it and ofc I can add updates to it/change it/delete it

about the screenshot: yea obviously it shows that the only thing im not allowed to do with it is resell

 

@iStake54 I don't know why you think I'm siding with anyone here, I went to both of you initially to see what was going on

So far we have:
1. @Dev_Zach claims you are not paying him
2. You've stated there is a contract he is under
3. @Dev_Zach doesn't remember it and is asking to see it (whether or not this is true does not matter)
4. I've asked you to post the contract
5. You don't show me the contract
6. You've been DNT'd until you do
7. You refuse to show it to me

We are trying to verify that the contract is being upheld. @Dev_Zach claims he still needs to be paid, we cannot verify if that is the case or not until we see the contract that was agreed to. I will not continue going back and forth with this

 

So I'm accused of not paying Zach.
I have proved that I do not have to pay him more than I already did.
if you want I can relink the screenshots again but there's no point in that.
The reason I'm saying you are taking sides is for example now that you say you cannot verify if Zach needs to be paid or not when I have clearly proved he doesn't.
So I'm I accused of something I haven't proved wrong yet ? or I'm I free to go sir? I'm sorry if that seems rude but you are the one who is making this last longer unnecessarily.

That part is done. I have clearly made everything clear and can't stretch this out anymore. it's only a matter of logic to understand that if we made a deal that he would be paid as long as he was working for me, and we both agreed to it, but then he completely turns everything around and stops working for me, would mean the end of his payment as well.
1. he wanted to retire, therefore no more updates
2. no more fixing the bot
3. suddenly works against my clan in several ways
4. tried to scam my code
5. keeps my bot offline for long periods when the fix would only take a minute but he claimed it would take hours or days
6. he gets tricked/scammed part of my code and wants me to buy it off the the one who took it (who is an admin in his clan btw so basically this is obviously staged to scam money off me)
The list could keep going on but I think you get the point. He is the one who owes me part of the code and I do not owe him any more payments since he no longer works for me. he got paid for his work as long as he was working for me. I guess you have enough knowledge to know that bots need updates all the time. not the "unnecessary" ones such as adding new games, but stuff like bugs, changing odds of several games to be competitive with other servers, or fixing whatever might keep a bot down or unable to work. he claimed that since he retired he is no longer obligated to help with any of those , so yea even if I wanted to keep him I can't. I need a new dev.

Im pretty sure you know I'm right pendulum. the only answer you and zach have been waiting for me to give is that I failed to find all of our agreements and show them all once to you as the "whole" contract. however that won't help Zach's case . Because, once again, I have proven everything I'm accused of wrong sir.
if you still "believe" I haven't proved that I don't need to keep paying Zach then I don't think I can do something else but show you our agreements again and again. it's only a matter of logic.
