Biology. Our bodies weren't made to have sexual intercourse with the same sex.

Keep in mind: I am religious and have absolutely NO problem with gays nor what they do with their lives.

 

So because our bodies weren't made to have intercourse with the same sex it means it is wrong to participate in those acts? You should be free to do whatever you want with your body. That argument doesn't objectively make it wrong to have gay sex.

This is irrelevant and makes the blind claim that humans are purely subjective, and not plastic to their biology. It also gives no value to "concepts made by man" as if there are many things in our society that aren't conceptualized by man.

I think that y'all missing the question as if morality is useless smh. Is it net-positive for a society to discourage homosexuality (Y/n)?

Also have the evolutionary theories for homosexuality been brought up? It's definitely not the case that people are just gay because they were born that way. Furthermore, it's definitely not the case that it's random at all, and likely has much to do with the inter-gender hierarchical structure of the society/family.

If you think dick in the ass is wrong because evolution says it shouldn't exist, you're just not informed enough. If you think dick in the ass is 100% fine and couldn't possibly affect anything important, I think that you're talking out of your ass, and are making assumptions that ignore thousands of years of wisdom because you only believe biology until it predicts your behavior.

 

I think people should be able to biologically do as they please. We have to remember everyone's idealogoies do not align nor should we expect them to. I personally would not partake in, because it seems 'off' to me.

Hey look if you wanna be gay go ahead and be my guest but the only request I think is valid is don't enforce it on others or become like some religions. Here in Australia, Muslim Asylum Seekers (Illegal immegrants as I like to call them, I'm sorry but that's what they are and then because of all the political correctness bs we call them asylum seekers) have banned stores from putting up christmas decorations at christmas time as it is offensive to their religion/beliefs. I think that is total non-sense.
