Hi, I'm not sure if this is the right place to contact, but i've recently tried to make an account on sythe but it says I can't due to another account being on the same Ip. I think this account is my brothers account that he no longer uses, is there anyway to get that account removed(via him logging in) or is there another way to allow to have 2 accounts under the same ip?
