    Industrial Revolution. Good or Bad?

A lot of the bad aspects of the industrial revolution were only present in the early parts of it, once safety and regulations were put in place it is overwhelmingly positive.
It was an absolute necessary step for the technological advances of the human race.

The biggest issue now though, is the problem with over population in the world since the advances in technology allowed for higher population retention. However, this will hopefully lead us into the next step of becoming a true space faring species.

    Industrial Revolution. Good or Bad?

yes. the civil war was all about money. the south seceded from the union in large part because the north wanted to outlaw slavery. thats a fact. however, slaves were the driving force in the southern economy. without them, they would be nothing. granted, the culture was based on slavery and plantations and whatnot, but it was mostly economic based. the tariffs played a role in this aswell.

on the issue of the industrial revolution, if it didnt happen, the united states might still be a colony of england. that was sorta the point of the american colonies...send raw materials to england for the industry in london, england sells the goods to everyone else...and that all translated into the american revolution.

on the issue of the industrial revolution in america, before the immigration of germans and irish men in the 1800's, conditions in american factories were pretty good.

i think it was deffinitly a good thing. i mean, without it, chances are we would still all be living on farms. without sythe.

If we gauge global at the nature, sure it was not good. But for us human beings, clearly it was good.

You are actually very stupid to post that kind of questions here in an online forum were all you will get are ignorant responses of people without an idea of how the industrial revolution affected USA.

The industrial revolution, in the case of USA, was positive. It brought the trains and many other transports.

The IR estimulated EEUU market making it a mass market, which was possible due to the advances in the techonlogy with the fordism, that was mainly distinguished of the big volumes of production.

EEUU was also the biggest cotton exporter at that period, mainly to europe, this also was possible because of the development of the ships and, as said before, trains.

There were industrial revolutions, in 1980, 1916 and 1980. I dont really feel like explaning the 3 but,

The biggest techonology advance was seen in 1980, mainly in Silicon Valley.

EEUU wouldn't be what is now if it wasnt for the industrial revolution.
