Hes in debt to paypal because some guy chargebacked on something and thats about it.

Well that sucks man Ive never had that happen before but thats probably why Ill never use paypal.

Looks like your either screwed, or just worrying for nothing. If you want to pay them back , do it, if you dont, ignore them or tell them what happened. You basically have 3 options..

If he scammed before for real life money, theres no doubt it might have happened here.

You could have sold an account to someone via paypal, then recovered the account. You ( already spending your 200$ ) get chargebacked on and recieve negative credit.


Why should we help a scammer?

File a police report. Claim it was fraud and someone signed up ender your name blah blah. Tell your dad to talk to a lawyer and get your shit locked so that nobody can ever make anything in your name. Bluff; Tell them to check ip's. With that combination of bullshit, paypal will say fuck it. Btw, they won't take you to court over 200. They'd be losing much more than gaining. Don't worry about shit, you;re safe. This happened to me once. Tell your dad, though. You need his help

juvenilepunk, I've seen numerous of your message saying "use ebay" stop spamming, anyway do as most told you, tell the whole story to paypal, they have all the old info, and they can for sure track down the one who took the money back.

 

I'd ask your phone company to block that number.

 

hahaha i am in like 300 pound debt, thats like 600 USD, its been about a month so they will probably call me soon, and they cant do shit jus tell them to go fuck themselves

 

I do not know about the Karma thing, i know that everyone gets back what he's doing sooner or later.

On the other hand now, PP will not sue you, since they will loose more in the affair, and i doubt they even spent 1 penny calling you , i have no idea who called you, and next time he calls do not forget to ask about the account number and stuff ONLY PP would know (specially the junk you entered when you signed in).

200$ is nothing to paypal, they locked and locking sooooo many accounts with gazillions in them.

 

I owe $500 on paypal I just told em that the guy they were looking for (me) moved to England. And they haven't called since. If they still call after that tell them that your gona charge them for harassment if they don't stop calling. The less info you give them the better

Yeah tell your dad, happened to me once told my Dad, he talked to paypal, and nothing happened.

 

This happend to me a while back. I just had to tell my mom what happend and she had to pay it off or her credit would go straight down. Just try and get your mom to pay for it and tell her you will pay her back. Tell her if she doesn't, her credit can be at stake.
