    I asked ICC to prove that he was the OO of the accounts he was selling (which he claimed he was). He acknowledged my request and then ignored me while continuing to bump his thread.

    Update 10/23: I find it extremely unlikely that he is OO of all the accounts he is selling given their high levels and his inability to provide any of the information that I requested. I have updated the DNT to a TWC
