I get a weird error, someone help?

I get a weird error, someone help?

I double clicked runserver, and the black screen pops up, it says "Loading server from 0.0.0.0:43594" (probably ip address and port, but afterwards it says "Error Download File". I have JDK, winRAR, MoparScape, everything that people said I needed, do I'm basically stuck. Anyone got any suggestions? I chose Darkscape as my source, so maybe that has something to do with it, maybe it's corrupted?
