I had the same problem, seriously for the "gaming addiction" issue, just focus on your marks for damn sake..I'm hardly a nerd, I'm hardly clever anyways. But as soon as I atchually gave alot of revision, I totally got some great marks. Since then i've been playing TONS of games :] But still gewd marks.

I never do my homework, I spend hours on the computer, and I hardly ever pay attention in class...yet somehow I have a GPA of 3.3 and a decent life IMO

 

I have the exact problem, but mine is far worst. I think i am failing all of my classes but like 2. I don't do homework, and if I do, it most likely isn't finished. And everyday I stay on the computer until I go to sleep(which is around 2am)

I just did my home work on a friday night(first time in my life) and I will try to stay off the computer until I do it. For now on, i'm going to try to drink coffee alot in the morning to keep my energy up.

My GPA is probably a 1.2? I don't know. I'm going to try to bring it up indefinatly for the next 2 years until I graduate. If I have to, I will give the laptop to my parents.

You have to grow up. Use the realization that video games aren't everything, and find something more productive to do. Maturity is key.

 

Maturity? What is that suppose to mean? Games are only for children?

 

I was addicted to games and such forums nd stuff . the way i got rid of it was :
well first of all i got myself a gf and hanged out with her alot , well basically all you need to do is go outside with your friends and youll get rid of your addiction fast . well atleast i did ,
