How to quit Gaming 4 good?

I don't think total removal of something that you enjoy and find amusing is a good thing; but something that is a good thing is indulgence in moderation.

Dabble in a lot of things, for a short time each. Have required things like studies or work, and have your off-time things like gaming, and then fill the rest with beneficial things like friendships, family, being a general good person. Keep yourself busy and you can't possibly have time to be addicted to anything bad for you

honestly best way to quit games, is to get a life, get a job find hobbies be active in the real world because as long as your inside you're always going to come running back to the games, keeq ur mind occupied with other things lol^^
