I need help with what to eat. I want to lose weight. I weigh the most ive ever weighed. Im 26 years old and i weigh 300 pounds. I want to lose weight for my kids. I want to be able to take them to the park and play with them. I want to be able to go sledding in the winter time, and actually be able to walk up and down the hill multiple times. I dont know how to eat healthy, and i also dont have any discipline. So i need help with everything basically.
