    So within this past year around last august i weighed about 240 pounds, now I weigh about 200 and am wanting to lose more weight but the past diet I did I absolutey hated it, do you guys have any tips or diet plans that I can use (working out schedules or suggestions would be appreciated also). Thank you

    Google TDEE calculator and subtract 200-300 calories from the value you need to maintain your current weight. Take it slow, it'll tell you your macro spread too and be sure to exercise to speed up the process.

    Seems like you lost a good amount of weight my friend one small change you can make in your everyday life is cutting out any sugary drinks and sticking to water only. Will help tremendously with weight loss alone, but with exercise and a half decent diet you will see drastic changes.

    Diet

    Losing weight is as simple as calories in vs calories out, work out your maintenance calorie level and base a diet plan that creates a deficit. Within your new calorie target you can fit in foods that you consider nice as long as they fit your macros.
    If you don't enjoy the food, you wont eat it.

    And weight/resistance training with cardio will see a lot of weight loss. Just remember routine and consistency will show results.

    Yea man you right been eating mostly grilled chicken and vegetables so gotta just work on the gym part

    Totally agree, I only drink water and it saves me a ton of extra calories

    Yea man, but what about the zero calorie drinks like for example, kist or 0 calorie vitamin water?
