You should confront him first. Just be chill and ask him if he has your phone. If yes, tell him give it back obviously. If he says no, just tell him that if you find out he's lying your gonna kick the shit out of him and say you been in that MMA for 6 years or whatever it was. Then be like, are you sure that you don't got my phone. If he keeps saying no, try to make sure that he's lying before you kick his ass. Getting the crap knocked out of you for no reason would suck and you wouldn't want that to happen to you.

To get your i phone:

Call the police: Find the adress of the person who stole your i phone...File a report.

Call Apple.

If you have i Phone insurance,report it stolen...Think they might give you a new one.

 

Just call the phone when your around him.. cause iphone's are on plans? or he is dumb enough to not change the sim card... or go to the gym and say.. "MY IPHONE GO STOLEN SHOW ME THE CCTV".. if he did steal it you'll see him. Therefore go to the cops .. be like this kid stole my phone then you'll get your phone back + a hefty compensation

 

Consdering its an iPhone 4.. then you should have the receipt and all that shit somewhere.

You have two options:
1) Considering its an iPhone 4 - You recently bought it and you should have receipt and other shit information laying somewhere.
And if the russian kid is selling an iphone 4, compare the IMEI numbers.
And its quite simple.. If the IMEI numbers match, just take it back. - Do NOT kick his ass.
Its not worth getting a visit by the police, They'll probally say that you got your phone back - you didnt have to get aggresive.

2) Report the phone stolen to the police, I dont know if your insurance covers theft - most of them do(?). The police can lock the phone if you provide them the IMEI number and proof that its actually your phone.

 

i suggest you approach him in a calm and collective manner but if he starts getting fidgity smack the taste out of his mouth cause hes the thief.

 

stealing is a crime, talk with the cops and he's f'ed up, depending the cops on your country ofc.
