Ok, so a boy in my school (who was a friend) walks with me and another friend to the corner store near our school. He leaves early, and he goes into my bag and takes my memory stick (I didn't know this at the time but I have proof now). He takes home the memory stick, and replaces it the next day. He deleted all my files on my memory stick (but he didn't know my memory stick is like a "dual memory" so formatting it only gets rid of half of it) so I have all my valuables still. Well he puts a bat file on it saying "IF YOU WANT YOUR FILES BACK" and I checked what it did, and it basically corrupts my whole computer. Now this is going too far.
I can one up him in anything on computers, so I have a choice.
I can either make a program that checks if it is him thats using the computer, wait until he puts in a memory stick, then delete all of his files on his drive and memory stick. I'm also thinking of backing them up so I can use them as bait or something (but he knows I'm basically the only one in school who knows how to do this), or report everything he's done, and get him in trouble/suspended/expelled (but unlikely). I don't really want to tell anyone because if he remains in school he'll just be trying to get his own back, so I might threaten him with the above.
Ok, first of all, this may seem harsh on my side (somewhat), but he's lost all the source codes for programs I've made (that's about 30 hours of code), deleted all my school work etc. and for all I know, he might still own my files (which is bad).
