Wow gratz on sticky and nice guide. Also you could add to scanning files without downloading anything:

Step 1
Go to

Step 2
Browse the File For Scanning

Step 3
Submit and Wait for Results

Then Just wait for results. Hopefully its all clean. If not. Simply delete it.
