How is racism even real?

Picture one-square with dimension x and y. This one-square represents a nation with its own cultural prestige, heroes, flags, language, religious inclinations, and traditions. In the old world these were sources of conflicts between one-square and two-square, one-square and three-square, and so forth. Though this differentiation of culture is not the direct cause of any conflict it is still a source of amplification when new conflict arises from different means; its true causes are debt, sanctions, alliances, and the potential for new resource opportunities which is a decision made by kings, merchants, and statesmen. Once this is set in stone, we see the kings and rulers move on to the next logical step and that is to encourage nationhood and pride through propaganda among the peasants and similarly to meet the threat of one-square the kings would do the same in two-square and three-square. After the war here, a treaty would be signed but the tensions inscribed in blood forever remain in the memory of man and here we get fuel for the next war and the one following that war with new tribes, nations or empires superseding another; a process of nation selection if you will with the fittest surviving time. Notice though it is through the repetitive process of conflict created by kings and merchants representing nations which creates tensions between squares and so up to modern times the peasant class inherits this Jungian archetype but they have utterly lost the source of tension to begin with for they had no part in it. Thus, nationhood in itself is an effect of manipulation but removed from exterior factors the peasants treat it as a source of identification and pride and its destruction is equivalent to the loss of a loved one. The new world does not care about preserving the latter part but only destroying the former through similar means of ancient psychological warfare. One of these weapons is multiculturalism which many empires like Rome and the Achaemenids adopted as policy in the past except here it will be global and much more intensified and we shall soon see why this is essential for any foundation of a world government. Going back to one-square with dimension x and y, the first symptom that a nation is paving the way for global governance with no sense of self-determination and thus preserving its own national heritage is 1 Supporting hegemonic imperialism and instability in foreign squares which leads to increased emigration and then immigration to one-square by foreigners, 2 Drastically reducing birth rates in one-square but allowing or failing in subduing birth rates in foreign squares which leads to proportionally more foreigners who then emigrate and immigrate to one-square because of point #1, and 3 An open border policy with lenient welfare restrictions further bankrupting the current inhabitants with tax burdens and making them more economically "equal" with the new foreigners. Once these three policies are set in motion by one-square the nation and its heritage is doomed to modification and then extinction, and when world government does arrive, it will just so happen that national identity will prove no resistance as it did in the past. The one-square which was previously mentioned is designated like that for a reason for this advent of multiculturalism fragments the social playing field into what we will designate as 64 smaller squares or minorities (thus no majority) within the whole each with dimension x/8.4 and y/8.4 or in other words the whole square is now an 8 x 8 board and these new external factors will make it impossible for the people to mount a unified resistance against tyrannical government for two reasons. 1 The megalith power of thought osmosis or the media and schools can create almost infinite class wars between each of the x/8.4 and y/8.4 squares by for example spinning an event as an act of racism and 2. The visual, cultural, and ethnic differences between all the sub-squares however propagandized to not exist will always prevent the majority of people in one-square from banding together. Thus, however well the television and media have already succeeded in making people fear other people due to the disproportionate reporting and exposure of viewers to violence and murder, multiculturalism is the cherry on the cake for other strangers are not only treated with suspicion but there is already something more natural and apparent that cleaves one individual from another. The people are thereby encouraged to fight each other under the banners of social justice because after all a minority must fail in life because of discrimination and unequal opportunity not irresponsibility and a white male succeeds in life not because of hard worked labor but because of privilege. Is fitting all the unique individuals on Earth into neat categories with captions not an act of racism in itself?
