The numbers you give shown by criminal databases are meant to imply a significant trend, but do not provide any context. Therefore its meaning is of limited or no use.

All races are not the same. I think everyone with a reasonable level of understanding can acknowledge this. Some are darker, some are lighter, some come with benefiting dispositions, and others do not.

You gave an article that dated back to the 70s. The funny thing is, DNA technology that we have today, wasn't around for those times. Can you imagine how many blacks were wrongfully convicted for crimes they didn't commit, and doing so with such ease?

I'm not trying to excuse the behavior of African Americans in inner cities. I also do not excuse their actions based on their conditions, because as shown in other areas of poverty, crime isn't so high. However, environment, lack of wealth inheritance, and lack of opportunity ultimately causes despair, and deterioration of mental health.

There are clear physical differences between the races (or you going to deny this aswell?). We as humans adapt to the enviroment around us and evolve to have the highest chance of survival. If going by the definition of racism that you gave then we can't deny it. Yes racism is a real thing and it's caused by evolution. In some situations a specific race do have a small edge over other races, may it be problem solving, running (scream racism), growing rice (Kappa) or what ever you think would fit as an example.
