How False Scam Accusations Are Handled

My only suggestion would be it more of an automatic clearing of the name of people falsely accused once the staff member looks at the details rather than having to go back and do it each time if asked.

As it is, it places the burden on the accused to further clear their name by asking for a change. Which adds more time they are put on display as a scammer to the community.
