Ok,

I've had MANY surgeries done on my mouth so maybe i can help you here.

Is the hole black or red? Does it bleed often?

Did you cut your lip there by chance before the hole appeared. If you did, then this could be a bacterial infection. Which would explain why your glands became swollen. The infection most likely started to heal which would result, obviously, in the glands go down in swelling.

How deep is the hole? Is the hole actually inbetween your teeth?

If you could answer these questions i could help you further.

2) go to a professional dentistry so they can fix it fro you

3) wait and die as it could be deadly

4) be a DH and keep posting here pointlessly as no can help

Perhaps the doctors can be of some assistance? FFS thats like breaking your arm and just putting a band-aid on it, you aren't really helping it, nor are you smart.
