Does anyone here had experienced bleeding gums? My gums will bleed whenever I floss or eat something, but I don't have gingivitis. I’m planning to get help from my family dentist in Ajax, but before that, I need to know whether smoking cause bleeding gums? While browsing about it, I noticed that smoking may increase the risk of bleeding gums. Is it so? Does anyone here have a similar experience? I have been smoking for more than 5 years and I can't do any of my work without smoking. It's a stress reliever for me and I don't want to quit that, but at the same time, I don't want to face any difficulties or harm due to this habit. What am I supposed to do? Any thoughts?

Your gums are weak that's why this is happening to you, rinse your mouth with added salt water for one week and this well help with hardening your gums and making them strong.

Do it twice a day if possible start and end of day, if not do it only before u go to bed

I also smoke but down to 2 a day. My suggestion is you quit. No one wishes they started smoking earlier (assuming you mean cigarettes not weed). Its not healthy at all and really fucks with your body.
