I've never hit a female and never would, It's just who I am.
Honestly though, some girls I chill with are more insane then the guys.
They get in scraps pretty much every week, and they don't care if they are hit.
I just simply can't do it though, not sure why.

 

So violence justifies a shout at someone? You're the idiot. Violence can simply not be justified in any way, unless it's in an act of self defense, period.

And I hope you do realize, if you hit someone, then that person doesn't retaliate. It's considered assault, but if they do hit back, then it's considered a fight. So you expect for him to be imprisoned while you get off scotch free? Please, you're the idiot. I can guarantee you women prisons are much worse than male prisons, I can go into detail if you wish.

Snares, you have to understand this isn't your little dream world. If you hit somebody, you can expect to be hit back. Being a woman does not give you the right to go around hitting other people and pressing charges if they retaliate. Apart from the fact you don't have much to complain about (you can hardly go to court and go "oh he retaliated when I hit him first" and expect the judge to sympathise and award you X$ in damages just because you are a female).

This is getting very off topic though, with most people simply posting their opinions that have no evidence. Honestly, nobody cares if your going to "press charges" if a male retaliates -- go, do that. Let's see if that gets you anywhere.

Just for the sake of moving this back on topic: I believe that hitting women should be seen as the same as hitting a man. I do not go around hitting women unless they hit me first, but nor will I go around hitting males unless provoked. I mean, females are quite capable of injuring somebody.

 

If she is assaulting the man he should defend him self weather it's socially right or not. Asides from that I believe you should hit them only if it's for defense and never for other reasons.

 

If I get smacked, no I would not, but if I am getting beaten to a pulp then you bet your ass that someone is going to get it back.

No, but if she is trying to beat you down or if you feel that your life is in danger (negotiable) , then yes do what is needed to get yourself into a safer environment .

where exactly do you live? anyway i was raised to never hit women but as i entered high school a few years ago i had bad knee problems and there was some girl how liked me but i didnt have any interest in her so everyday she would kick me in the back of the leg. this was no small girl she was easily over 250lbs nothing wrong with that by the way i dont care but anyway i got sick of it cause i just had surgery on my knee to fix it so i asked my mom what i should do she said take care of it puss!! so the next day she did it again at the bus stop and i dropped her and walked away. Equal Rights = Equal Fights i have never just hit a woman out of the blue and never will

The AVERAGE woman IS weaker than the AVERAGE man.

I see no reason why there is that double standard, not only in hitting but also sexual jokes. It boils down to the man thinking of his "manhood", he will be looked down by society if he is to hit a woman or report a sexually joke made by a woman.

 

Of course, if a woman is acting crazy hitting and punching me, I would fight back. But certainly I would not hit a woman if it's because of a small argument or if she just slapped me or somethin like that, it's unacceptable indeed.

 

The way I have lived my life, and always will:

If a woman has the, um, 'balls'? To closed fist punch a man in the face, Then she should have the 'balls' to take a hit. I told my wife that if she ever closed fist punches me, to run like hell. I have been slapped by a woman before, I deserved it, and I didn't retaliate. If a man ever unnecessarily punches a woman, it shows his low respect for the females species, and the lack of self control. Therefore not a man in my book. There are plenty of ways to express your anger, as well as 'fight' a female other than punching her.

And also, females are the lesser of the species. Not saying women are ignorant, or shouldn't have rights, or nothing sexist like that. In a scientific manner, they are. Built smaller, more petite, higher levels of hormones and are swayed more by emotion than men (Although there are some stone cold lumberjack women I wouldn't step into a ring with). Maybe because of where and how I was raised, but I was taught to treat EVERY women like a goddess.

 

I have to agree with RossDuggan.

HOWEVER a better idea is to have someone secretly cam for you. take evidence to the police. Get a few thousand dollars out of it. These days its all about suing. Hitting the woman back or anyone back wont be as satisfying seeing them dish out money to you.

Oh and i've heard reports woman get turn'd on when they get hit. But idk, just something i read with no real evidence.
