Hitting Women

It all depends on how you were raised about it.. I was generally raised not to strike a women, no matter what happened; and to just walk away from the situation.

 

I was also but i wouldn't let someone bash with me a stick and walk away. If she strikes with me her hands i won't retaliate.

 

I've only hit a girl once, and yes I do regret it. My ex girlfriend was giving me roadhead and she bit my dick for the hell of it. I punched her in the arm without even thinking about it. She realized she deserved it but I still regret it to this day because it goes against everything I have ever been taught.

Since then I've learned 1 simple way to never have to get in that situation again: stay the fuck away from crazy girls.

Tl;Dr it is never acceptable to strike a women.

A female with a knife at your balls is not a woman, but a psychopath.

 

I would never hit a girl, it doesn't feel/look/sound right.
Why don't you look at it this way:

Most women are created weaker than men, is it fair for us men to take advantage with what we have over those who don't? I mean would you go and beat up a 7 year old kid just because he made you mad? I hope not.
It's not exactly the same with women, but it still unfair. I do understand that it can be really annoying when your a girl/woman hits you and you know you shouldn't do anything about it, but again we (men) are physically stronger and bigger, and thus we should act our parts.

 

Don't ever do it. EVER. I wouldn't have it in me to ever hit a woman, even if she hits me. If the bitch hits you, then just leave. To hell with her. don't waste your time, if you hit her back she'll probably file for abuse or dumb shit like that.

 

Honestly, I wouldn't hesitate to hit a woman if she just straight out attacked me. I refuse to just stand there and be abused when I can stop it with a simple retaliation.

 

I have no problem with retaliation, she hits me first then I'll hit her back, only thing I have a problem with is men hitting innocent to relieve anger issues or something of that nature - that shits fucking stupid.

 

I suppose its alright, if you were to be struck first.

 

What about something as extreme as being attacked with a weapon? Though it may be an extreme case, stuff like this can definitely happen.

To me, you should be allowed. I think if you were slapped/punched in a violent matter you should be able to smack one back.

I'd say yes, its fair to hit a woman. If she hits you, hit back.

I don't think it's right for a man to hit a woman. If a woman attacks a man first, don't hit her...grab her by the arm and hold her. If you get slapped, do nothing. :\ Also: It's all about how you were raised, tbh. My mom always told my brother she'd "smack them into new shoes" if they ever hit a woman. :\ But I never did find out if it was ACTUALLY against the wall. Obviously in domestic violence, the man often hits the woman first to shut her up, or show her he's the boss. But I think that's generally unfair and slightly sexist. :L Anywho, that's just my thoughts on it.

I was raised to never hit a woman, no matter the situation. As far as I can see it, if she hits me back, I can take the appropriate action to nullify the threat depending on how much I deserved to be hit.

If she is continuing to hit me, as nature has designed man to be stronger than woman, I can easily stop the threat of further hits by restraining her til she has cooled down.

If she has a gun, or any kind of weapon intending to cause me serious harm, further action may be required, but I'm doubtful I'd ever get to that stage.

I wouldn't hit a women if I was paid too. There's much better things to do about something then fight back.

 

Well, its all because of chivalry. No one is supposed to hit women, or man. Women are in most of cases weaker than men, or maybe not weaker, but sensible. They are abused because men tend to be more angry, less patient, etc. Hitting ANYONE because you're angry, stoned, drunk, or even bored is NOT ok. Back to hitting women, It's not accepted in the society. It would although be accepted if you have to defend yourself. Not because for example she is breaking up with you and threw you something, but because she is ABUSING you, or something like that. Wouldn't you want to hit a woman if she was throwing puppies into a river? Or if she was the one who killed your family? Or she was the one who kidnapped your family? I would only do it in a extreme self defense situation. Not because she doesn't do what I want, or something like that.

According to the definition of the word a women can think logically and NOT strike a man if he hasn't tried to hurt her first because she can be severely hurt. but that isn't the case at all by your logic if she beats on you with her hands you as a man know you can hurt her really bad and don't. Lets flip the script a bit, Females know they can get away with hitting males to a certain extent and abuse it. So by your logic you are letting her abuse you because you don't want to hurt her but she wants to hurt you and your fine with that?

I'm trying to understand the logic of NO it's wrong shes a female. Explain in depth why this is incorrect to harm someone who is trying to harm you.
