Head admin position

Also stated in @Wonderland "What would you change if you were in charge?" Was the introduction of a Head admin position. @Mootrucks came up with this idea, so props to him. Personally, seeing @Sythe as an admin makes me happy and sad at the same time. He values his admins so greatly that he considers himself one in the same, but at the same time what if something needs to be higher then admins? Sure he can always step in, but I would go out and say he probably doesn't have the most free time to be dealing with all the issues that could possibly arise. As Mootrucks says "whenever i've had problems with any of the admins and I feel like there out of line in some situations there's no one I can report their behavior to." Let it be known, no one is perfect, and we all have our opinions. With that being said, I believe a head admin spot would help clear any tension between current staff, not just admins. Shin was already appointed as Head Admin (or so he claims) however there's no seperate rank for it, which I'm very glad of.

 

No support, puts too much pressure on said admin - a team is stronger as a group, always

Also I'd like to note that if you have an issue with one or more, but not all admins, you may report said admins to an admin who has not be included within the issue at hand. We are all capable of reviewing our peers' actions - if escalation to Sythe himself is absolutely necessary, we will not hesitate.
