Ex Globals/Admins list

[sneaky82]

I've been on sythe for ages but even I don't know all of the ex globals or admins. Just thought it would be cool if some oldy could create a list of all of the previous Admins and globals and then maybe a very short description of each Admin. Btw this was all sparked cuz I saw a guy named Vic that I had never heard of with ex admin and highly trusted rank and was like who the fuck is he?
