I don't know anything about blood clots however if you're feeling down or depressed the best thing to do is go on a walk or use a treadmill to release happy chemicals in your brain. It's worth investing into a adjustable test if you're working from home primarily.

Sport is very important for health, I think you should consult with your doctor to know what you can do. As for me I prefer football like a sport. I don't play very well) also I like to watch matches, I even make bets on games. My favorite is English Premier League, my favorite team is Liverpool. They have powerful squad in this season, just check their match results on 777score.co.uk

Clots from what i know are from not moving enough during long hours of staying still, maybe consider doing streches every hour? Maybe start your day off with a morning walk, i know that can make a big difference to a day, sleep is muchly needed and when we deep sleep/REM pattern we heal mentally and physically, as for diet, you need to eat clean if servicing is your full time job, along with what i said above, no ifs or butts. The reason why you're feeling down and depressed is 100% not enough moving/working out and the diet is a factor too, some say these two go hand in hand and won't work without the other one. Now our brain signals before they are used in the brain come from the gut. Take what you want from that. If you want to feel better simply do what I've said above.

Regards

i hope things have gotten somewhat better for you, i think i had a bloodclot recently because my leg was numb for like a month

Like someone mentioned earlier, herbs are amazing.

I know it might sound weird, but cannabis might be the thing for you. If you're not looking to get high while getting healed, you might want to check out CBD Oil instead, it's from the same herb, but without psychoactive parts.

how are you doing? Hope your physical health, along with your mental has recuperated. I'm sure you have some ways to go, but don't give up. I know the day to day pains, and with the right treatment you Will get better

Take more breaks doing services, go outside when taking breaks. Have more days off and don't go all nighters. Not good for your health mate. Hang in there, change ur life accordingly.

Completely forgot about this place.

Erm right - This week I have been dealing with a new clot that appeared to be forming in my left foot, please let it be known that it's not due to actual problems such as sitting down or eating certain foods.

It's actually in fact quite the other, I have a blood condition it seems which was triggered somehow and wont go away now. My blood is thicker than a regular humans, and where my body cannot process all of the blood in my body it thickens further and clots.

I'd still recommend looking into CBD oil. There have been a couple of papers stating it might be a treatment for Polycythemia Vera (PV). Not sure if that's what you have, but that illness causes you to make too many red blood cells and a classical symptom is erythromelalgia, caused by the increased platelet count, resulting in the formation of tiny blood clots.

Yeah as of right now i'm just looking to heal up again so I can work out what's next.

DMSO can help with that issue, use with caution though. Research it for a bit before you decide to use it. :)

it sounds like your having a real hard time, i don't want to be rude but i feel like your having negative thoughts which isn't helping your situation.

I think you should try to think more positively to improve your mental state and i think everything else follows. I've had bad times but i always keep it at the back of my head that every time you experience a bad period of life or your at the lowest low there is only one way and that's up

Sounds like you have SLE or possibly anti-phospholipid syndrome

have you seen a haeme/rheumatologist? If not you probably should mate
