I start hallucinating after I had a massive night out, and lack of sleep so a day and a bit.
Is this due to lack of sleep and how dangerous can this be?

This is the second time this has happen, i'm like seeing shadows of people and feel like someone touches me, i know it's fake, IDK Why i don't want to sleep, lucky with my friends keeping my calm

What do you consider "hallucinating"? Auditory? Visual warping?

Maybe your drink was drugged ;) ( more likely to be sleep deprivation/exhaustion fucking with your mind IMO)

I doubt your physical health is in danger, just don't drive or do anything similar to risk your well-being until you get your head straight and sleep.

Unlikely i was drinking out cans, only had myself, just seeing shadow figures and touching

How long have you been staying up for? You start to see things and hear stuff at like 30+ hours of no sleep, at 24 Hours no sleep thats basically the same feeling of being drunk. So if you were up for 30 hours+ drunk you're gonna start to see things, and this can escalate. Its not good for you to stay up long hours and be under the influence

Long-term lack of sleep (as in no sleep whatsoever) will cause you to hallucinate.
It's not fake. Sleep deprivation is actually practiced ritualistically.

It could be alcohol related psychosis. If you've been drinking heavily for a long period of time and especially not getting the proper sleep and diet, just 12 hours after your last drink you may start having these hallucinations. It's pretty rare but it's part of your bodies withdrawal process.
