So I bulked since January for 3 months and I barely count my macros and the only thing that I count is the protein 200g and what I didn't realized is I took more than 400g of carbs everyday until last week and I can really notice the amount of fat that I have gained because my shirt feels a little bit tight (the one that I use to wear in the gym) and people in my gym also told me about it that I am gaining a lot of fat. I had started cutting last week but looking at my fat face makes me lose my determination.

I'd imagine it'd make you gain it back.

Your body is like a plant, it responds to what it takes in. If you've been body building, I guess you know this. Just consciously try to think about it in a light different from your current one. That's what I do!

I also feel like shit because I started my ketosis diet since last week and I went to the gym again yesterday (I wasn't able to lift because of the some IRL stuff) and I feel like not in the mood to lift, I've did some research and it's called ketosis diet but sooner or later hopefully I'll be back again in the mood as my body is probably not just used to it.

Bro, a ketogenic diet is probably one of the best things you can do to shave off that fat without having to do cardio (although i recommend it). I bulked probably as long as you did, didnt count anything, but I did gain alot of mass and pot on plenty of fat. Don't loose motivation man, that bulk is what helped you gain muscle, now you gotta get rid of the fat hiding it. Keep in mind ketosis will give ya mood swings so stay strong homie. Right now your a diamond in the rough.

Try looking at the Dave Palumbo Diet, its a ketogenic diet already laid out, may be a good one to follow.
