graphics vouches

Having a list of vouches and having a list of recommendations isn't a big difference. It just stops people having "100+ vouches" in their thread title when all they've done is hand out free signatures etc.

 

The problem with graphics is that there is no risk involved. If the person doesn't like the work, they don't buy it, so there is no trust involved. Vouches should be given for trades where some trust is needed.

 

yeah when i do graphics i do half half like i said before i got $10 then made the graphics then showed it to him if he dont like it then i fix it to his liking, if he dont want it at all then i refund him his $10. so there is trust.

 

well their isn't much trusted involved most of time you pay after you get the water mark image , so most of time the graphic artist is going first and doesn't get the money until the customer "likes" the art they are buying

 

I have did over 40+ orders on another website with people paying up first.
Anyone that says that GFX doesn't require trust, probably has no idea if how such a trade is going.

And the trust part is actually an overused argument.
If you do an Upgrade trade or GP trade, there could also be zero trust involved.
For example when you use a middleman.
You trusted the middleman, not the other user.
So why would we be allowed to vouch for the other user aswell?

 

No support, I feel like recommendations are good enough.

 

Vouches should be able to be given and received for graphics that money was paid for. It takes a lot of trust to know that your artist will fix anything wrong with your graphics if you don't like it after the payment is done. Like anything else, graphics is a service provided by a user, in which you trust to send them money. Same goes the other way around, if someone doesn't charge me back, I should be able to vouch for them after a certain period of time.
