God - does he exist?

Too long, sir. I'm tired, and can't read so much right now. Maybe take out some key points....and paste them here.

Wow though, but with a Big Bang, there obviously had to be something dwelling before it.

Basically, the two main things are the expansion of the universe, and the microwave background radiation, which was predicted to EXACTLY its current value before its discovery.

It created matter, which, after billions of years, gave rise to our current solar system, Earth, water, then life. You should research the matter.

Right, in our current universe. something cannot come from nothing. Also, however, everything has a beginning. If God did it, where did he come from?

Yes, and I don't think in other universes, something can come from nothing too. IF God 100% really did create it, there would be no real explanation from us. God is superior towards our knowledge and being, there are probably a lot of other things in all the realms of organsms, that we cannot explain. God is superior to us, to our laws of Science, therefore he cannot be proved.

It does make sense, someone with that much power, requires a lot of boundary.

 

If there is a box, with laws applying to objects inside it, then creating the box does not violate those laws. Something could have come from nothing before the universe and its laws existed.

But where would he come from?

 

Like I said, God is a much higher power, that we could not know of...If there is someone with more powerful, unexplainable laws, would it be logical that we could explain it?

Hmm, maybe there's an eternity of Gods, creating each other, but we can never know. There hasn't been any proof that God doesn't exist 100%.

Okay, let me clear this up to people who ask what was before the Big Bang, first of all, the Big Bang isn't a theory of how the Universe was created, it is a theory of what happened when it was created. There are other theories for how it was created. Secondly, time was created when the Universe was created, meaning, there was nothing before the Universe.

Incorrect, there is no proof that he exists, hence you do not know, you believe he exists. Ask a priest and he'll say he believes in God, he doesn't know that he exists.

Well then, are you saying there is NOTHING before time? How would ANYTHING be created, if there was nothing behind it? So, the universe had been created, from nothing?

True. I had written it wrong. Well, most likely, people usually who believe in things, know inside their minds that they exist. That's obviously why they believe in them.

 

According to the Big Bang Theory, time started 10^-22 seconds after the Big Bang or something like that. I think I got the exponent wrong but I can't be bothered to look it up right now . I'm not sure how other theories approach what happened before the beginning of the universe. If you follow the Big Bang theory, we can't know what happened beforehand because all of our constants, laws, etc. break down before that point. I have been reading some things lately that challenge the Big Bang Theory. This one in particular was about the errors of Red Shift. Something about the Doppler Effect and the Compton Effect. Quite interesting.

Knowing something would imply having evidence that it is true. I know 2 + 2=4 according to our number system because I can hold up my fingers and demonstrate it to myself.

 

...IF the big bang was true, and that was the beginning, then how was it fueled? I doubt a big bang could've started from nothing. I don't believe that a non-living thing could have started the universe.

From what I understand you have to get really deep into Quantum Mechanics to even reach a possible answer. According to QM, the heart of it all is a random sea of probability or something along the lines of that. All too confusing if you ask me.

I'm Christian..however, there are some common believes in the bible(written by rich kings ext) that couldn't be true.

Most people think that Christmas is Jesus birthday.-This however cannot be true. the animals would not be out in the winter time they would freeze to death.

Most people think Jesus is white. Wrong. Jesus hailed from the Egyptian region. Which is in fact in Africa. which would make Jesus...Brown skinned.

Also, God doesn't decide everything we have free will. So i hate hearing that "Its fate" bull shit.

Hmm, same as me. I'm a Christian, but there's a lot of things in Church and in the bible that I strongly disagree with. A lot. Some shit was even like, "God controls you, and to what happens." I don't entirely believe that. I believe that he may steer or control the course of your life, but you have your own choices. Most of things I believe though.

Well the last part was kind of a joke, and i dont feel like googling the internet, so ill just say a conclusion:

We have over hundreds of reasonings to support that we evolved from a common ancestor of apes, and yet we have no reasoning of us being created from adam and eve. So tell me, which one are you most likely going to believe?

And just a random question, why the fuck do you care if you evovled from apes?! I see no insults in it.
