Global warming will never stop unless and Americans stop populating the environment. They burn up so much oil a day its insane.

 

if "global warming" if actualy happing, it would take many years for it to actually cause harm to earth... but yes it is happening RIGHT NOW!

i dont belive global warming i heard all the planets were getting warmer to. And you hear about all this stuff about iceburgs in the far south or far north but has my areas tempature change, no. In the 60's they said there was a global freezing.

everyday its a new story. no1 seems to know what there talking about. I say there should be a group that tests it and can back up there statments.

but seriosly is there any proof?

 

No offense but you got your facts wrong, i did a massive assignment on global warming.
1. The temperature did go up then.
2. It did then as well.
3. Not all ice is sitting on the water, some is on land, thats right, just coz you can't see it doesn't mean its not there. Put a big ice block on a small island and see if the water level rises above the island, i hope you realise it would.
4. Not sure if thats true or not, but i know Australia was thinking of doing that but it'd cost too much lol. You might be right there though.
5. WTF?? We are seeing water level rises, already complete towns are underwater but they are in places no one cares about lol. Just gotta read deep into it to find out, know what your looking for etc.
6. That just contridicts everything you said, besides, its not the sun that gets hotter, its the earths temperature due to the greenhouse effect, you really need to understand that to understand global warming.
7. ... Ever heard of global temperature? thats what global warming is about, some places are hotter than others but they take the global temperature, not like 1 countries temperature.
8. I dont think you really read into this, its probably a topic you knew little about.

 

Personally, I don't care about global warming as such.
It's natural for the earth's temperatures to go up and down its a cycle.
Carbon Dioxide levels have been changing all the time in history...
The temperature change can be caused by increases in solar flares etc etc etc...

If it did happen, the water level would rising, seeming that the ice (solely on antartica) can rise up to a few thousand kilometres above see level, when you think about it, thats alot of ice, and alot of water
But yeah, discuss

1 - yeah, and during that period there was way less pollution going up into the sky.

2 - .... cause babies being born is claimed to raise the temperature?

3 - its to do with the quantity of water released into the system

4 - and?...

5 - have you seen the weather recently? why are you obsessed with the water levels? its climate change, the climate is not just the water levels

6 - yes they have (though not enough imo), and the raise in the sun's temperature is not sufficient to explain the global changes by itself.

7 - have you any idea what a 'global exo-system' is? its the whole thing interacting, not just whats going on in your back door.

And what the fuck does the teachings of JC have to do with any of this? During the sermon on the mount did he go 'blessed are the environmentalists, even though they have got totally the wrong end of the stick they do mean well'. There is NOTHING in the words of jesus that says to ignore the damage thats being done, and if you want to get OT on the whole thing check out Genesis and the whole 'stewardship of the earth' concept.

Personally i dont believe in so called global warming. i believe its another tactic to strike fear into people and raise taxes, trust me if this bs wit global warming continues because of idiots like al gore u better believe well b payin taxes out the ass

how did i bring religion into this? i look at it this way theres always sum pending disaster, its y2k,Sars,terrorism,Avain flu, or Anthrax, its always sumthing, global warming is just another plot to scare us, also i dont believe most of what the government says, i mean there trying to tell us farting cows are a cause of global warming becuz there giving off to much c02(im not makin that up lol) i got a question when did al gore become a climate change expert lol, its funny how he also turned down a national debate against a real scientist that can disprove his lies, ppl are so dumb there well believe anything like :uncoventional truth or whatever its called

We all have to stop purchasing the products that cause massive amounts of global warming.
All you global warming fanatics want to do something to help the planet? Think about it. Every breath you breath out contributes to the CO2 pollution. More trees and bio power would help.
America continue to consume more fossil fuels and energy. They just need too change.
